Terms of service

Last updated 7 September 2026

Axiom Flow is in beta. These terms are written plainly and describe how the service at axiom-flow.io is offered today. By signing in you agree to them.

The service

Axiom Flow receives alerts you send to your webhook endpoints, evaluates them against the states, signals and confluences you configure, and delivers the results to the destinations you connect. You are responsible for the configuration you create and for the alerts you point at it.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. Sign-in is through Google. Access during beta is limited to approved accounts; an account that is not on the list is not created.

Your account

Your API key and webhook URLs are credentials: anyone who has them can send alerts and read data as you. Keep them private, and rotate or ask us to reset them if they leak. You are responsible for everything done through your account and its keys.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • overload the webhook endpoints or the API, or try to get around rate limits;
  • use the service to deliver content that is unlawful, harassing, or that you have no right to send;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the service without written permission;
  • access another user's data or configuration, or attempt to;
  • resell the service or use it to build a competing one by copying it;
  • use it in a way that breaks the terms of the services you connect — TradingView, Telegram, Discord or others.

Your content and configuration

The alerts you send and the configuration you build stay yours. You give us the permission we need to store, process and deliver them as the service requires, and nothing more. The privacy policy explains what is stored and for how long.

Our software

The Axiom Flow software, design and documentation belong to the operator. You may use them through the service as these terms allow; you may not copy, modify or redistribute them.

Third-party services

Delivery depends on services we do not control — TradingView sends the alerts, Telegram, Discord and your own webhooks receive the messages, and Google handles sign-in. Their availability and terms are theirs. When a message leaves Axiom Flow it is governed by the receiving service.

Beta, and provided as-is

The service is provided as-is, with no warranty and no uptime guarantee. Features can change, and alerts can be delayed, duplicated, or missed — for example if TradingView, Telegram, Discord, or our own infrastructure is unavailable. Do not treat delivery as guaranteed, and do not rely on it for anything where a missed message would cause you harm.

Not financial advice

Axiom Flow routes and correlates the alerts you configure. It does not give financial advice and does not place trades. Every trading decision you make from a delivered message is your own, and trading involves the risk of losing money.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for trading losses, or for losses caused by delayed, duplicated or missed alerts. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim — during the free beta, nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow to be limited.

Price

Free during beta. If that changes, it will be announced before it takes effect, and you will be able to close your account before paying anything.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, or that is used to abuse the service, and we may retire the beta with notice in the app. On termination your data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service leaves beta. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; a material change will be announced in the app before it applies. See also the privacy policy.
